Went to Old Sacramento with my family today. The ambiance of the place was slightly creepy. The area has been left mostly untouched, with the exception of paved roads for drivers. In essence, it was like a living time capsule. Most of the buildings around have been converted into restaurants, shops, and museums, but I couldn’t help but wonder what they housed before. I’m sure there were saloons, brothels, hotels.. plenty of places to attract residual energy.
